My Journey...

High School

Growing up I was so self conscious. Everything came so easy to all the other girls. My friends had abs... In high school...

I did not have abs, and I did not know how to get them... I became obsessed with losing weight. Looking into EVERY quick fix possible...

This continued for longer than I'd like to admit but it was years.

Obsessions

The worst thing happened...

I got what I wanted, I lost weight and got to what I thought was my goal? I got everything I ever wanted and I was the most UNHAPPY i'd ever been.

It's not supposed to feel like this right?I realized I was chasing goals my teenage insecurities chose. Not goals I personally wanted to achieve.

My Mission Now

I finally had enough, I realized I wasn't being true to myself.

I knew change was needed. So I said:

"F*** being skinny, I want to be strong, I want to feel bad-ass, I want to do pull-ups, Run spartan races, Inspire others.

AND I want to do all of that while eating amazing food without guilt!"

Increased her energy, and started putting herself first while INCREASING her calories and losing weight.

She was working out, but had been stuck for months. She lost 15lbs and grew her booty WHILE eating bread daily.
